בשעה טובה – השתחררה הביתה התינוקת הקטנה (והמתוקה) מאסותא

בבית החולים אסותא נולדה תינוקת במשקל 500 גרם, לפני כשלושה חודשים. התינוקת במשקל הקטן הועברה עם לידתה להמשך טיפול והשגחה בבית החולים במחלקת הפגיה, והצוות הרפואי הביא לשיחרורה הבריא כשהיא כבר במשקל 2 ק"ג.

מד"ר ילנה לנגרב, סגנית מנהל פגייה ויילודים ביה"ח הציבורי אסותא אשדוד נמסר-  "מדובר בתינוקת הראשונה שנולדה בביה"ח במשקל ככ קטן ומשתחררת לביתה בריאה ושלמה ואני תקווה ותפילה שתזכה לחיים בריאים וארוכים. דווקא בימים כל כך מורכבים לעם ישראל, זו זכות עבורנו להפיץ נקודת אור ואופטימיות".

בישראל נולדים כ-15,000 פגים בשנה, מתוכם כ-1,600 מתחת למשקל קילו וחצי. תינוקות הנולדים פגים נדרשים לטיפול והשגחה מיוחדים בפגיות שבבתי החולים, וטיפול מסור מפצים על המשקל הנמוך בו נולד היילוד על להשלמת פערי המשקל.
